Managing Projects and Leading People

Great course for individuals preparing for a PMP exam.

Great course!  I found it to be a good refresher as well as a nice prep for my PMP.  I enjoyed the interaction and hands on work.

Hans is very knowledgeable and presents the material in an interesting manner.  I would take another course offered by him.

Excellent application of concepts though use of case study.

Determining Project Requirements

I would strongly recommend this class to my peers.  Even if you have conducted or participated in JAD sessions, you will learn new tools and techniques to help you.

The instructor was the best I've ever had.  He had a great sense of humor and made excellent use of his previous experiences as learning tools.

Modeling and Documenting Requirements

Case studies were very good.  All the "hands on" work benefited me in the learning process.
