This course is a case study based, interactive and hands-on project management experience.  Attendees will gain project management knowledge by actually managing and controlling a project from start to finish, from meeting with the customer, defining the scope and creating a project plan, to controlling the project while in progress and eventually closing down the project. The course covers tools for all of the project management process groups and also looks at team dynamics and conflict resolution in a project environment.

Project managers and project participants who need a solid foundation for planning and executing a project and building an effective team.
